Whoa I think this is ammo failure, not barrell failure. The gunner pulls lanyard once, nothing, then again and boom. There are some busted eardrums at the very least. The gunner may not be so lucky.

Maybe there's a pattern to this???

However it probably would be a creation of yet another conspiracy theory to connect them.

If one looked for a correlation between school shooting in the US and election years, there probably would be one terrorist school shooting which could be selected to be matched to each federal election year in the US, and ignore those which happened on non election years for a similar time frame.
