The federal sentencing guidelines set a max of 115 years on these convictions. Given that his crime was not violent and he had no history, I'd be surprised if it's more than 15.

Sentencing is set for March 28.

He's toast. Ain't nothing gonna be done for him at this point.

Good to see this obvious con man get convicted. It'll be interesting to see the sentence given his apparent financial status. I just hope if anything comes of this is a sobering realization, especially from retail investors, that the vast majority of crypto is an outright scam.
