I can't say last time ive eaten fast food, or pizza hut, but this ad is a pain. Nothing loads when it comes up.

No! They told me they got rid of pizza, or problem type ads. Perhaps those still seeing them have them cached in and need to clear their SR cache?

When I get the types of ads that take up the whole screen on mobile, which is once per session, I always have an X in the corner to close them. I am wondering if those that don't see the X have their browsers on zoom or something to the point where the little X doesn't show up?

Anyway, I'm going to send another email to the Ad ops people... again.

It’s very possible. But it should have abetted by now. I just shot off an email to our Wunderkind rep to make sure these ads are off completely. He assured me they were.

But yes could be possible caching but to be quite honest I don’t think it is.

I will get this rectified for you. Apologies these are still plaguing users.
