Yikes. Dennis Allen has a lot to prove in 2024, but some observers (and some New Orleans Saints fans) are already prepared for the coach to go. Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey ranked Allen 32nd among the NFL’s 32 head coaches, arguing that while new hires are unknown quantities, we’ve seen enough to know Allen isn’t the right man for the job.

NEW ORLEANS — The Saints wrap up organized team activities this week and most veterans have attended the voluntary workouts. Some vets are missing, like running back Alvin Kamara and cornerback Marshon Lattimore, but Dennis Allen said he expects full attendance for the three-day mandatory minicamp starting next week.

Everyone knows that Chris Olave is a good player, but the New Orleans Saints wide receiver has higher ambitions for Year 3 in black and gold. The installation of a new offense under Klint Kubiak opens the door for him to make more plays and be deployed more creatively.

ESPN’s Aaron Schatz recently ranked the 12 best draft classes of the 21st century, and the New Orleans Saints made the list twice.
