Sept. 8 vs. Packers (1 Viewer)

Yeah, stop by and say hello, we're in seats 1 & 2! I see you're from Lacombe. I'm going with my friend from Mandeville and I grew up in Covington, now live in Folsom. Northshore will represent!

You do realize that Chicago to Green Bay is 3 1/2 hr drive?

I haven't heard anything about what the NFL has planned for kicking off the season. Are they supposed to have concerts, parade, etc., like they did last year in the Dome? Or was N.O. just special? :ezbill:

Should be more like 2.75 hours from Chicago to Appleton...Google maps assumes you're going 55, so it always overshoots. Still worth it to visit another town while we're close though.

Cool!! Chicago is an awesome city...aside from Da Bears. Definitely worth a ride over there!

Just so ya know, it will likely take longer than that--depending on what time of the day/night [traffic]. It is also road construction season in WI, and I know there are tons of lane closures/etc in Milwaukee. Not to mention US41 is a total joke right know, which is one of the main highways to get to GB [and if you are staying in Appleton]--huge sections of construction lead to big bottlenecks in Fon du Lac and Oshkosh/Appleton area. If staying in GB it is highly recommended that you take I-43 instead of US41.

I am still looking for a hotel room on game night if anyone has any leads!

OptimuSaint-I called your buddy and left him a message but he hasn't gotten back to me.

Aight, my fellow Who Dats. I am officially going to be in that number. My crew and I just bought 4 tickets in section 115, row 15. Can't wait.

I'm travelling solo due to work schedule.
Section 114, row 23.
Downtown GRB at the Clarion.
If this forum is any indication, it seems there will be a lot of Saints fans sitting on the GRB side of the field. Will be a great time. Lows are forecast to be in the upper 70's!
