Question on electronic tickets (1 Viewer)

If someone gives me tickets for a game and they email me a screenshot of the tickets, is that all I need to show to get in or do I have to do anything else?

Pretty sure that doesn’t work anymore. They need to transfer from their account to be official. I think.
