I finally bought this game after waiting for prices to come down and such, not to bad of a game.

I noticed once I got into the game I could download custom rosters created by other players.

So I downloaded a roster that was updated on 3/28/14, but I cant get the file to load into my new connected careers, and when I am at the home page at the start of the game, I go to settings and try loading files manually, and that wont work.

Any Ideas??? I decided to go in and manually cut many of the players we did to be as close as possible to todays roster.

isn't there an option to import a custom roster when starting a new franchise? IIRC, i believe that's how it's done
