That’s the part I don’t understand. First and goal, with timeouts, game on the line. Only Taysom, AK, MT and Jimmy Grahm should be touching the ball. 1st and 2nd down were wasted

Our great D gave up 31 points at home. We require stellar offense play, we dont have a D that can stack dominant games back to back. Correction : 24 points. (Not terrible)

This this and more this. MT, TH, JG, AL and then EVERYBODY else should be the design of that play. Moreau dropped the pass. And I hate it for him and the team. But it happens and you draw up another play. And the one we went with was definitely not the BEST play we could have run. No way.

This game wasn’t lost on that play. It was lost on not taking advantage of the turnovers, missing two FGs, and throwing a pick 6.

Does Allen not realize he has TOs and can use them?

You take a TO before that 4th down play. You get the perfect call in. You don't just go up and run it. The TOs do nothing for you at that point.

Hell call it on 3rd get your two best plays in and players

Ultimately someone needs to answer for where we throw the ball. I don't know if Pete is just calling routes that avoid utilizing the middle of the field, or Carr is changing them, or Carr simply doesn't see the middle very well (or at all). If it the last option, heads should roll at signing him. If it is the first Pete should cease calling plays. And if it is the middle DA needs to assert himself over Carr. This edge & boundary stuff makes it look like we are running an offense from the early 70's.

We aren't only not innovating, we are stagnating.
