I know that drones can kill, but I'm not so sure that they necessarily murder their victims. A Russian soldier in Ukraine on the battlefield is not murdered if he is killed.
A Ukrainian drone is very impersonal about the way they do that. Being that impersonal about it I'm not sure that it would be possible that it could be construed as being murder.
